Wonderful job – excellent people
I just wanted to express my gratitude to Rasel and Ronnie for mounting my plasma television. The tv is quite heavy, and they were patient in explaining what they were doing and why, and always took my comments into account (even when my request was unreasonable). I will definitely be calling them whenever I change my television and highly recommend their services to everyone. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know for installation services. Great job guys and thank you so much for your great job. I am fully enjoying my wall mounted TV since it went up.

Super Stress Free Professional, friendly experience

Flat screen installation

Prompt, Polite and Fast!
I and my father – bless his heart – took 5 hours to mount a flatscren TV in the living room. For the next TV in the guest bedroom we contacted Av Expert. The serviceman was well used to our area and how the walls were set up, plopped on a flastscreen in a half hour.

What to say… My tv installation could not have been more stress free. AV Expert installed my 46 inch plasma TV over my BRICK fireplace last week. I was naturally a bit nervous about having holes drilled into brick, but Rasel made to sure to explain the process and the result is seam-less. I have so much more space in my family room and it has completely modernized the look of my space. Things to note – these guys are prompt (will answer emails almost immediately), clean (no mess after they left), fair (prices are far less than the quote I got from the big box store), and extremely polite. Great job and highly recommend.

Awesome job, very satisfied
We wanted to wall-mount our plasma TV and hide all wiring for the TV, the surround sound system and network cable. In two days after I first talked to Rasel about the job, we were watching a streamed movie in our newly mounted TV with surround sound speakers! Rasel spent 10 hours on a single day to make all this happen for us. He is very professional with lots of experience doing this type of jobs. He is well organized, does a clean job without making a mess or cutting open dry walls too many places that is not necessary. We highly recommend AV Experts. You can count on a professional job at reasonable cost.

Excellent Job and totally friendly staff
I have brought a new AV receiver and speakers, and tried to setup my self but modern day receiver am completely lost with all the options it has… and I had my receiver and speakers there in my living room as a show piece for a week.. I tried to call up freak squad who sold me the receiver and they said to just to hookup my speakers it would be some $$$, Enter AV experts I called them up showed up right on time… setup my PS3, IPTV and PS3 in no time.. calibrated my speakers, showed how to use my new receiver.and cleaned up all wires and left… and a very small issue with my setup after the tech left and called him, they are so kind enough to tell me what to do and how to fix that even though its not there issue, charges ? half the amount what ever freak squad quoted me.. I would say.. they know what they are doing.. and like there company name says they are EXPERTS. Thank you for the help..

AV Expert Service
I just bought a 60″ plasma smart tv and called AV Experts at 2:00 pm yesterday (Saturday), after a friend tried to set it up but was unable. Rasel (an electrical engineer) showed up just 3 hours later and did an amazing job! He set up and connected my tv, cd player, receiver, surround sound, wireless hd to another tv, blue ray player, audio to 3 other sets of speakers, PVR and ipod. He was extremely knowledgeable and was finished within a couple of hours. We were watching a movie on our new tv 6 hours after I called! I highly recommend this service. The price was reasonable. Rasel came with the extra equipment we needed to do the job, at a very low cost. Rasel was also very friendly and showed me how everything worked when he finished. Do not hesitate to call this service. I will be recommending them to all my friends and relatives! Thanks Rasel, I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with your service!

Excellent Work!
Moved to Ottawa in July and needed two TVs mounted, one in the bedroom and the other above the fireplace. Initially, I was advised from other sources that the TV above the fireplace was not feasible. I was then informed of AV Expert. Thanks to Reasel and his team for making this venture a success. AV Expert was highly reliable, friendly and courteous. The job was very neatly done and in a timely fashion. I will definitely use AV Expert services again and without hesitation, highly recommend this company to anyone!

Great job! I was very happy with the work done in my home. Rasel wallmounted a 55inch tv above my fireplace that looked amazing with no mess left behind and all cables were hidden. Only took Rasel a very short time to set up the tv as well. Very professional service and will recommend to anyone who needs a tv mounted.

TV mounted over fireplace & AV Wall Shelving Mount
Just bought 60″ LG Plasma from Dell and 3-tier AV Wall Shelving Mount for my Boxes (Bell, DVD, Receiver). Rasel and Rony were very nice, knowledgeable, and advised me best on the set-up and installed everything perfect! Very professional.
I had my flat screen tv put up on my wall by Rasel and his colleague. They were both very nice and when they were running late they let me know. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Their rates are very reasonable as I did my research and phoned the big box stores to compare pricing and was shocked at the price difference between avexpert and the competition.

I had my TV installed with in-wall customized speaker framing. AV Expert built the boxes and ran the wires seamlessly. In the end the speakers and TV were perfect, and the finish that was done around the box matched my wood floor…..amazing!!!!!! I never thought he could find a way to match the floor and stair banister. I would highly recommend him for any AV install services. Great price, great job, and great to watch and see how well he operates.

Last week we bought a Samsung 46″ TV with a wall mount at The Brick. They offered us to install it but the price was very high.
On the same Sunday we went for breakfast at Lunasole Restaurant that I really like and noticed a note on the window of an installs for big TV with experience. So I called him, Rasel came to our house to see the job and we made an appointment for Saturday March 19 to get it installed. I am so happy it took him about 2 hours and we are very satisfied.

The best in town!
I contacted AV expert and told them I was looking to mount a TV in my condo on a corner wall with possible concrete behind it. I called them on a Monday and they came on Wednesday! No consultation fees, no long wait time! Everything set up over the phone. They came on a short notice, assessed the setup I wanted and did an excellent job. They also brought the perfect wall mount for what I wanted. Rasel assured that if there were any problems to let him know as there is warranty on the parts.
