• Customers may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are issued at AV Expert’s discretion based on service completion and incurred costs.

5. Warranty and Liability

• We offer a limited warranty on installation services for a specified period.

• AV Expert is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, third-party modifications, or pre-existing conditions.

• Customers must notify us of any service issues within 14 days of completion.
